FORT WORTH -- Terry Wayne Berglund, 56, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2003.

Memorial service: 2 p.m. Friday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 3301 West Freeway, Fort Worth 76107.

Survivors: Mother, Billie Berglund; brothers, Gary and wife, Maggie, Larry and wife, Sharon, and John and wife, Christi; and several nieces and nephews.
Buried at the DFW National Cemetary.
